                                                                 Did you say the Illuminati?

            “I sold my soul to the devil. It was a crappy deal. At least it came with a few toys like a happy meal!”(Evil Industry.com) Kanye West raps at one of his concerts. As soon as the word devil escaped his lips, the crowd erupted in thunderous cheer. As the twenty-first century has unfolded before my eyes, I have noticed striking similarities within the music industry. The same symbols began to appear in various artists’ music and album covers. The lyrics that we all love to sing along with on the radio also have frightening resemblances. The symbols and lyrics are so closely related between the artists that it is believed that they are apart of a secret society, known as the Illuminati.  This group is known to worship the devil and create a darkness that looms over the music industry. The Illuminati is reaching millions through music and implementing subliminal messages in music videos and lyrics. They achieve this by putting satanic symbols in their works like music videos and album covers. Artists in the Illuminati also put evil messages in the lyrics of the their songs.

            Demonic symbols graffiti the music industry. If we are not careful the most obvious things might slip past us. The first symbol is the upside down cross. “The upside down cross symbolizes the mockery and rejection of Jesus.” (Bissell) This symbol appears in rapper, Tyler the Creator’s album cover. The upside down cross is placed in the middle of Tyler the Creator’s forehead and his eyes are blacked out giving him an ominous look. “The second symbol is the All Seeing Eye is believed to be the eye of Lucifer and those who claim to control of world finances,” (Bissell). The All Seeing Eye is displayed by various artists such as Rihanna, Lady Gaga, Jay Z, Nelly Furtado, and many more. This picture shown is Lady Gaga covering one eye so that only one eye is showing. In Rihanna’s music video, Umbrella, she is seen in a Thamaturgic Triangle captured in the picture. In the music video she is positioned in various poses. If paused at the right moment, Rihanna’s contorted body looks like the face of Baphomet.

That eye represents Lucifer’s eyes or the All Seeing Eye.The last two symbols are the Baphomet and the Thaumaturgic Triangle. “The Baphomet is unique to Satanism. It is a demonic deity and symbolic of Satan. It appears as a horned goat and it is used by Satanists to mock Jesus as the “lamb” who died for our sins. The Thamaturgic Triangle is used for magical purposes in casting spells and the summoning of demons. It is found near ritual sites believed to be the door through which the demon will be called," (Bissell).

             Demonic symbols are not the only way the illuminati expresses their beliefs through music. Lyrics are another powerful way they can get their message out. “Illuminati want my mind, soul, and my body…Dear God, I wonder can you save me? Secret society, tryin’ to keep they eye on me…”(RapGenius.com) –Jay Z lyrics from D’evils.  In the song D’evil, Jay Z actually comes out and says the illuminati is after him. “Even sell my soul to the Devil. Anything. Anything. Anything for money. Would lie for you. Would die for you. Even sell my soul to the Devil.”(letsrollforums.com)-Michael Jackson’s song Money. The lyrics are very clear. These artists love fame and money and are willing to do anything to get it. They are even willing to sell their souls to the Devil to obtain their fame and fortune. Many people hear the words being blasted from their radios or their ipod, but are they really listening to the message? Are we willing to open ourselves up and realize that maybe there is a dark force poisoning the music industry? We are so focused on the beat and how the song makes us feel that we fail to comprehend the message that is being evoked. There is a secret society that dwelling within the music industry and we cannot simply ignore. It is very much present and we need to aware of the messages they are trying to instill in our minds.
